		<description>College students do have one thing they can do to get experience before graduating: participate in a summer internship or co-op program.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I worked for about 18 months in college as a co-op at IBM, and I am certain that I would not be where I am today without that experience. It really helped launch my career.</description>
